UPDATE: How I have been incorporating raw food into my diet, and NEW GLASSES!

As I have stated previously, one my goals this year is to start incorporating more raw fruits and vegetables into my diet. So the following are photos are of what I have been eating lately. Everything has UNCOOKED vegetables in it!
  
Over winter break I went to Punch Pizza and had a delicious little piece of love called the Mimi. This was my attempt to recreate it. The basil and tomatoes were deliciously fresh, and the mozzarella was a delicate treat! (Although, I am trying to cut out as much diary as I can)
I had carrots and Tzatziki the other night. This carrot had a carrot in carrot!

I finally got my glasses in the mail over the weekend. Together they cost me about $30.

Tuna Salad! This is a great way to incorporate raw vegetables into your diet. Here I have bell pepper, celery, white onion, and jalapeno! (the jalapenos don't count because they're pickled-though they can be beneficial too because of the probiotics (depending on how it was pickled))
An opened faced tuna sandwich, yum.
And similar to the pizza above,  a caprese salad. Fresh basil, tomato, and mozzarella drizzled in extra virgin olive oil and a pinch of sea salt. Mmm.
