Wellness Goals for Spring 2012
This semester when it comes to grocery shopping and packing lunch for long days at work and school-I'm going to meal plan! I hope to save money, save time, and eat healthier in the process of it all. Meal planning is going to be written in my oh so awesome planner.
ACTION STEPS:
Designate an area on the page for each week to write in meals and lists
Find a Youtube/Blogger Raw Foodist that I admire
Start collecting smoothie recipes (Got a new blender, called the BELLA)
Buy a new tumbler for smoothies!
She freezes her bananas instead of adding ice. Nice! Note: I'm planning on incorporating more raw foods into my personal diet-but I can't give up warm food! No way! When it comes to being physically active, this semester I'm going to invest $50 in a group fitness pass at my school. I'm a little nervous since it'll just be me-but I know it's going to turn into something I look forward to every week!

Buy a group fitness pass
Match classes to spring schedule
Upgrade work out wardrobe

Time at the track
New work out gear
A designated work out corner
Watching Youtube videos for motivation
